VIP Program Terms & Conditions

Enrollment is free and open to individuals who create a VIP account on cakegiftco.com .
A valid name, email address, and date of birth are required for enrollment.
A minimum total spend of $100+ (lifetime) is required for customers to become a VIP.
Only one VIP account is permitted per customer. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated.
You must stay subscribed to emails in order to maintain your VIP status. If you unsubscribe, your VIP perks will no longer be available.
You must stay subscribe to emails for one full year in order to qualify for free birthday cake.

Eligibility: Available to all qualifying (with the lifetime spend of $100+ , who have subscribed to emails) VIP members.
Minimum Order: Free shipping applies to orders of $55 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Free Shipping Zones (some zones are excluded): Free Shipping applies only to addresses within Cake Gift Co.’s designated delivery zones. The system will automatically inform the customer if they are eligible for free shipping at checkout.We retain the rights to change these zones without any notice.
Exclusions: Customer will pay delivery charges to all zones that are not included in this program.
Terms of free shipping: Cakegiftco. retains the right to change the terms and free shipping zones without any notice.

Eligibility: Available to VIP members who have provided their correct date of birth at the time of enrollment and can show a valid ID to confirm date of birth.
ID Confirmation: A valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport or a birth certificate) showing exact name and date of birth must be presented at the time of pickup to claim the free birthday cake.
Claim Period: Members may claim their free birthday cake up to 30 days before their birthday. The offer expires on the birthday date and cannot be redeemed afterward.
The cake: The free birthday cake is a 6" cake offered in sprinkle party cake in vanilla flavor only (available for pickup only). No flavor changes or substitutions are allowed. This cake has no cash value and cannot be used towards any other product .There are no returns and exchanges and this offer is not transferable.
Birthday Date Policy: The date of birth entered at the time of account creation is final. No changes will be permitted after submission.
Limitations: One free birthday cake per member per year until program lasts.
Terms of program: Cakegiftco. retains the right to change the terms of free cake without any notice.

All customers must fulfills listed qualifying criteria above to be eligible for free perks.
Perks cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.
All perks are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no cash value. The values cannot be used towards any other products, promotions and discounts.
Cake Gift Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the program (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.
Misuse of the Program, including providing false information, may result in account suspension or cancellation of perks allowed.
